Rotary empowers young people to lead, connect, and create change—locally and globally
Rotary’s four youth and young‑adult leadership programs, known as New Generations, give emerging leaders real opportunities to build skills, serve their communities, and form friendships across borders.
With 1.4 million members in 40,000 clubs worldwide, Rotary offers young people a direct pathway into a global network of mentors, peers, and changemakers.
Whether you’re discovering your leadership style, exploring global citizenship, or looking for meaningful service, Rotary opens doors to experiences that can help you grow—and to forge connections that last a lifetime.
The annual RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) conference brings selected youth leaders from across Montana together for a week in July for leadership development, team building skills and personal development.
This year’s Montana RYLA conference is July 7-11, 2026.
Two full scholarships will be granted to Missoula ninth-and tenth-graders to attend RYLA.
Interact Clubs (International Action)
Interact Clubs are all about leadership and global citizenship. Youth and adults work together to build understanding and create impact across borders. Interactors connect with students from other countries to plan joint service projects, collaborate on international initiatives, and even travel together. Ready to see the world in a whole new way?
